Reading on here and other forums about elbow positioning in the swing and I read a lot about "getting slotted" or "getting in the slot". Can someone please explain or post video/photos illustrating the meaning of this phrase?
Elbow stacked under the hands and a good position is when it lines up with the back stripe of the pants.
Elbow past hand in this position is bat drag
Hand way in front of elbow in this position, normally you hit grounders, or your swinging down on the ball
