Don't choke up. Choking up looks like it is being used to hope to just make contact. Kind of a - line the barrel up and push it towards the ball -approach.
Address other areas of the swing but do not let choking up be part of the solution.

Choking up is not part of the solution at all. It is a comfort thing for her. Even if she were still using a 29/19 bat , she would still choke up. She says she doesn't like her hands all the way down on the knob

Candrea would take her out to 2nd base and teach her an infield throw. Her feet will improve immediately. Then, as she loads to throw, take the ball out of her hands and replace it with the bat. That is where her stance should be.

It looks like she starts to transfer her weight correctly onto her front side, but then leans forward and bends at the waist. As she tries to straighten her upper body it causes her to shift her weight back onto her back foot, resulting in the squish. I think you need to fix the bending and leaning first, and that may take care of the weight shift problem. If not, address that next, then fix the straight arm casting. IMOP, they need to be addressed in that order.
