Between that last game in November and the first game in March. I notice myself eating more, sleeping less, grabbing an adult beverage from time to time............must be some type of softball related depression.
Winter in the Northeast. We're lucky enough to have indoor room for my DD to hit and pitch in but I'm so tired of being in a clod basement waiting for the snow to melt
Anytime it is below 60. VA weather is finicky. Week before last, I had on shorts for a couple of days. Then that weekend it snowed. I want some nice, consistent weather so I can make softball plans.
This entire year so far as nearly everything that I've had planned for the outdoors has been rained out in Atlanta, GA. Our fields are so saturated that we should bring kayaks instead of cleats to the fields. I love working with girls off season and preparing them mentally and physically for the season, but at some point I just want to see them on the field. "Rain - Rain Go Away."
