I’ll try to weigh my Liberty tonight. Can’t help on the Vinci - only one I have is a baseball model.

Thanks...Gags. We actually have a Liberty Advanced (not yet broken in) but my daughter was hoping for something a bit lighter. 😉

I tried to find the manufacturers ounce weights on both of them, no luck, can't imagine there'd be a real noticeable difference? How old is your DD?

I'm sure I'm in the minority here but sometimes a little extra weight isn't a bad thing.......

All the Vinci's we've owned (around 10) have been really light, the two Vinci catchers mitts I've had felt normal to me, nothing really stood out as far as too heavy or very light.

I know :( I did as well. No luck.

She turned 15 end of June and plays 18U. She said the Liberty is heavier than her CMW3000, so I was curious about the Vinci. The weight of the Liberty isn't a deal-breaker, I was just curious how the Vinci might compare :)

The CMW3000 and 4000 are extremely light compared to the Liberty and Vinci. DD had all 4 over the years. She settled on the CMW4000 out of all 4 even though it was a tad heavier than the 3000 but not as heavy as the other 2 we're talking about. You can order a similar mitt with the All-Stars AF-Elite. Otherwise, you'd be paying close to $400 for the elite version of the new CMW3000

So, I honestly couldn’t tell any significant weight difference between my daughter’s current CMW3000 and the Liberty Advanced we’re trying to break in...even though SHE said the Liberty is heavier. I am not catching like she is, though, so what do I know??? 🤣31679C3E-B54D-43B7-98FE-BD224B6BA985.jpegB3714B02-95B1-4F64-9AF7-B56F19F03112.jpeg

We have both but I've never weighed them side by side (I think I weighed the Vinci a long time ago). We did get the lighter mesh back on the Vinci when we ordered it per CaseDawgs recommendation). DD uses the Liberty exclusively now (just turned 17) and has never mentioned it feeling heavy?
