Vinci JCV-VM

Hey, picked up a used Vinci JCV-VM. Seems to still need some work, as in the pocket should be wider, specificity the thumb side. When closed should it be thumb to picky come together like an outfielders glove? What should I be focusing on to create a better pocket? Thanks for the input

I have had 2 Vinci catchers mitts and that’s how they both close. It is a little different from most other mitts in my experience.

My same exact experience with the two Vinci mitts I’ve owned, and every other Vinci mitt I’ve seen out in the wild being used.

It’s definitely a little different, but catching with it I have never seen the girls have a problem.
