Video Update 12U

Finally got around to videoing a game. A little background, throws fastball and change-up. Throws pretty hard for our age group. Usually has very good control. We have been working on trying to get a little more leg drive and had been wiping the wall with the ball. At times, when all mechanics are just right, she throws very hard. Trying to get to the point where that is more consistent. Not sure what is going on with that follow through as that isn't what she normally does.
