Hey, for a 12 year old, she looks pretty darn good. Some on here say she needs more speed. Heck, look where most of the balls are going...center/right. Either the opposing players are poor batters, or she is pitiching at pretty good speed...for a 12 yr old, I'd say the latter. And most balls are being hit down where her team mates can field them, or fly balls/pop ups. What more can you ask for from a pitcher....besides strike outs?
Work on some of the pointers others have suggested here, (in the off season) and no doubt she'll be ready for HS in a few yrs. But, during the season, just kick back and let her go out and play and have fun, and not worry about all the little things she's doing wrong.
