Thanks RDB - very similar to the video of him doing soft toss and (literally) bringing the knob to the ball.

However - I'm not sure what this Harper gif is showing? Is this an example of TTB? Not TTB? Forearm usage? push swing? I feel like I'm missing something...

The hands have to decend due to the where the ball is in relation to where the hands are when launched. If the upper body resists as long as possible against the rotation of the lower body the elbow will slot appropriately and the body will turn the barrel. The hands trying to turn the barrel is not a good teach IMO
