Turn the barrel

Sitting in a rain delay at the field and this idea popped in my head. If child can do this with their top hand. they can learn to turn the barrel easier?

It's the same move with the wrist is it not? She is just turning the barrel around her forarm horizontally. I'm doing it with my forarm in a different position. It just feeling of the barrel turning around the forarm I'm getting at

Rdbass do you have gif of college aged female hitting iwhere she starts with the barrel pointing at the pitcher and she says something to the effect that would a hr in any park. I think she is in an indoor cage.

She’s rotating the barrel perpendicular to the forearm.
