It's a feel drill. Look at the video in Post #2. Tilt varies for pitch location. Pitch at the top of the zone = less tilt.

IDK if this was a poke at the drill or genuine but Ive def seen some do it. Top of the zone is right at arm level. Not hard to get to top of zone. Getting tricked in to one out of the zone is likely though.
If she continues forward and not down she is in the zone.
Not a poke at the drill. I am a pitching guy. I admit I may not understand it but it just seems like the barrel is often below the hands, which would lead me to attach the top of the zone. The hitters I have seen with this technique seem to kill the ball low in the zone but struggle up top. Thoughts?
