Fees are between $200-$275 here. All of the baseball tourneys are higher with no gate fees. Everyone says they would rather have it that way, but if we have 4 tourneys with in an hour drive, you will almost always see the cheapest one gets the most teams.
On the subject, if you do have gate fee, have coaches sign in. I told a lady with no equipment at the last one we hosted "ok, you are the twelve coach for that team, you have no equipment, you can pay, or bring every adult from your team back here and we will see who has stamps and who is really a coach." Everything we make goes back into it for the kids, good job ripping us off!
