Tanner Tee question

I noticed on their website that the Tanner Tee is available with the regular base or the "big base". It's only 5 dollars more for the big base.

For those of you that have the regular base, would the larger base be preferable?

We have two, both with the regular base. We use a 10 LB barbell weight to hold them down. I can't say I feel like a bigger base would make too much difference.

No. I have never had a problem with the small base.

Same here. I have never had a problem with standard base on mine.

No problems to report here with the smaller base. Love these tees

Smaller base works just fine for us.

I always assumed the larger base was for outdoor/uneven ground use.

I bought a 10 pound Olympic plate and it fits over the tee perfectly. It was on sale of around $5...
