Is this natural hitting? I think understanding ones swing is. Very important. . Understanding where power comes from. But come game time .... Throw the barrel.

i find that getting them to FEEL how it should be is huge.......catchers feeling their weight centered on the inside of foot/base of big toe.......physically moving their bat position so they can feel what the proper position is like......makes a huge difference......we tend to get bogged down in verbosity, and sometimes how things feel are more important.....if a player understands how something should FEEL they can recreate it
