SS taking throws from catcher

Anybody got any ideas or tips to help me with this. I have a SS that is a great player but for some reason is having a hard time with this.

I had a problem last year with my SS taking her eye off the ball at the last second and looking at the runner. It also helped her to get to the bag as quickly as possible, rather than just drift over there and get to the bag at the same time as the ball. good luck
