Looking at the pics there was only one spot that could have been hit and have everyone walk away. There was obviously someone watching over them, and you may have cashed in all your good karma points for awhile!

Glad they are all safe, count your blessings and then figure out how to get that little girl to Disneyland!!

Happy to hear everything is OK. The same thing happened to our family once. Except we weren't on our way to ride Dumbo. Someone getting in my way to ride the flying elephants would not be pretty.

Mustang - was this 18-year old on his parents insurance? Apparently not because if so their assets are available to be pilfered. As far as medical, you should only be responsible for the co-pays and deductibles (normal out of pocket stuff of the plan). Your insurance plan would have to subrogate against any insurance/assets of the guy that hit you for any reimbursement - they wouldn't come after you.
