As for this stuff, I find a lot of cry about this. Its easier to blame a team/player for cheating than to give credit where its due and take the loss like they should. A lot of people out there who never think they lose fair and square. For the most part, I really think shaving in FP is done less than people want to accuse it is.
And like some have said, if there is no testing, there is definitely an advantage to using old bats. Older bats can become VERY hot like the new ones can't because they just get better and better. So they easily could be swinging completely stock, hot as fire old bats.

Very easy if you know what your doing...and a world apart performance wise. But I will say depends on which Comp bat you are doing. The older bats were soooo easy to do.
I do agree with you on the rolling thing, so I stay out of that

Unfortunately most of the people doing this work do not.
I bet 80% of people doing it have no clue what they are doing.
It is scary when you think about it. Failures are pretty ugly affairs.
