18u (Mainly upcoming Juniors and Seniors). Some kids work, others have college camps and visits, etc. We try to practice as a team once a week, and every time except once, our team practice has been rained out, however our team is expected to work individually during the week on their own (hitting, pitching, fielding, etc.) There are also 2 or 3 players having to deal with physical therapy. When my dd was 10u-14u her teams practiced 2-3 times a week.

DDs org has kids coming from an hour to 2 hours away so our one practice per week seems fine but there is the expectation you are hitting and throwing on your own throughout the week. This is 18U TB.
