Sample goals for players?

I’m thinking of offering to host a vision board/ goal setting session for my daughter’s team (14b but locally playing a).

I would love some quality examples of goals for that age group that would make coaches feel good to know their kids were working towards.

I know my daughter is set on hitting a pitching mph goal and getting a ball over the fence in a game- but I’d love to see some workout/ practice and especially mental toughness growth goals.

Just looking for ideas to use as examples.

Throwing accuracy = No throwing errors.

Catchers pop time = Shaving tenths of seconds.

Mental goal= always know how many outs there are ~ offense and defensively.
can quiz players throughout the game with that one!

“Winners and losers both have the same goals”. Below is a good read on why having a mission is better than a goal to keep you more process oriented. Thought it may help.
