DD's college umps did back checks every single game. Even on double header days.Bat certification stamps. Before every conference series in DD’s conference, I would guess before every step in NCAA too.
During the college World Series they test the bats every day a team has a game. Took the NFCC408 class and part of the class was an overview of the bat testing rules and a demonstration of testing a bat, plus a Q&A period, with the person in charge of “equipment safety” for NCAA softball.Bat certification stamps.
