Cheer is totally a sport!! My son went from HS football to stunting and tumbling on a college team, in fact, it helped him through college. He told me one time that they actually workout harder on the Cheer team than they did in football because it's not just a ball they'd drop if they made a mistake, it was an actual person. He literally holds their life in his hands!! Anyway, welcome!! I love all sports
