Playing in Italy and Spain

We took an 18u team to Vancouver for the Canada Cup last summer and had a great experience. Next summer we want to head back there, and then possibly go to Spain and/or Italy to play against Junior national level teams. Has anyone done this and can you suggest any in country contacts? Level of play is secondary to cultural experience.
