Pitching Coach for HS--what would you do?

My DD has been selected to be the pitching coach for all grade levels at a large (3000+ students) HS. The HS is in Illinois, not SoCal, so all the good players participate on the HS team. Illinois has limits on how much a coach can work with kids out-of-season.

Any thoughts as to what she should do?

Maybe dd needs to be pc for the local tb team as well??

Don't accept the official position right now. Offer a discounted or free clinic or two and work as a private pitching coach for those girls who are deeply committed. Once the school year starts, find out whether the coaching job is still available and then go from there.
