Post pitching jog is best for that - I can never get DD to do this though.....

DD tried it yesterday and loved it. It made her arm feel warm a lot sooner. It started to slip down her arm towards the end when she started sweating. I am guessing its because I went cheap with the 2 for 8 bucks brand.

Just had this discussion with one of pitchers tonight. I told her to spend a few minutes a night spinning the ball during commercials and her dad said she doesn't watch tv. Her phone has her constant attention.

I've heard that the pitching arm sleeve must be solid color.
