Pitch Tracking App

We currently track the old school way with a chart and pen. Does anyone use a good app to replace this where you can share the data with the players and their pitching coaches later? Just want to track pitch type, location and if it was the right location, result. Not worried about the spin or speed component for every game pitch tracking.

I also don't want to score both sides of the game, only my own pitchers.

If you did this in excel you'd at least be able to tabulate some basic stuff with some formulas.

I think a Google form could work, where it spits out a spreadsheet in the end with data.
