Overhand Throw Problem? Help

I'm not looking at the ball to find a seam. My hand flips the ball ever so slightly, until I can hopefully, find a seam with a finger tip.

My thumb is to the left, when releasing. Hand is loose. Ball is in the finger tips, 4 seam grip. Little finger eventually, as the girl gets bigger, doesn't even touch the ball.

I saw the post. The big difference I see between my daughter and that major leauger is he was throwing basically sidearmed and my daughter is throwing overhand.

This pronation should exist in the overhand throw. Please do not remove this pronation ... it helps keep her arm safe.
