Looking to get DD a new bat have a chance to get a good price on either a Catalyst 31-19 $109.95 or a CF 4 31-21 $199.95 today only. She is using a DeMarini cat 31-20 now. Any opinions would be appreciated. She is playing 10u and looking for a new bat to get her through fall ball.

You can't go wrong with the cf4. I have an old Catalyst (-10) and I heard (don't know for sure) that the newer model isn't anything to brag about.

Catalyst is made by Louisville.

The price of the CF4 is very good. Typically about $300 even on ebay.

Yes. You can re-sell the CF4, easier than a new Cat, I am sure.

Thats what I thought, I guess I was wanting someone to say go with the Catalyst. I knew the CF4 was to good to pass up.
