One Piece of Technical Advice

If you were responsible for teaching all FP girls in the town/state/country/world and you were allowed to give ONLY one piece of technical hitting advice to ALL of them, what would it be? (Hit the ball hard, go with the pitch, shoot middle etc. are examples of non-technical advice).

Finish high. Meaning finish the swing with your hands up by your shoulders and the bat in the neck slot behind you. Promotes balance and changes how you start the swing. Don't know if that is technical enough - if not I will try again...

The first pitch will likely be the best pitch you see. Do NOT be afraid to hit it.
