So I'm looking for a workout routine for my daughter and her friend who is also a pitcher. They're both 15 and do workout, but it's pretty unfocused, I think that a more pitcher focused routine would be beneficial for building the right muscles and developing flexibility. We tried to find a personal trainer in our area, but there aren't any that specialize in softball or pitchers. Can anyone point me in the right direction for finding something to get on the right track as far as workouts and what not.
