I'm hesitant to even throw this out there since her mechanics look so good and she's hitting the 60's. But there maybe more in the tank??? Just a dad here, so take it with a grain of salt, but there looks to be a pause in her adduction of the drive leg and hip through release. Will it add anything to her speed, I'm not sure. Hopefully the experts will chime in and add some insight to whether it's a issue or not. See if you can see a difference in the release area.

She used to bang her hip the elbow as well so she started wearing the elbow pad. Now, she just wears it out of habit. She won't ever admit to this but I think it is a comfort thing kinda like a blankey
