Terrible video but a great swing. it's a rocket off the bat! Looks like she is def using her hands to control the bat and fling it. Plus, I like that it is not swinging down to the ball and swinging slight up through the ball. The bat follows the trail of the ball.

This is the front leg action that we are most familiar with during her Ducks career. It's interesting that the BP clip from US Nat Team tryouts so different (http://www.discussfastpitch.com/softball-hitting-technical/26623-jenna-lilley.html). Maybe she was just experimenting with something new.
