I was wondering if anyone here has any full speed clips of both male and female elite swings?
The reason being is that i use Kinovea, and its hard to get the speeds right, so i am looking to use what you could post for my comparisions, the Model swing.

Rear leg drives in/down/forward. Back pulls/resists back. Rag ringing action of leg driving forward, back resisting backward drives rear hip socket forward.

Stretch from rag ringing released whipping barrel through the ball.
