Little DD wants to hit lefty

Little DD has expressed an interest to hit lefty. This attempt looks pretty good to me. Enough ability and upside to here to actually present to the coach?

Check her eye dominance and decide. If she is left eye dominant, keep her on the right side. If she is right eye dominant, switch and never look back.
