Just how good are you coach?

I used the Google Forms tool last year to ask my parents how the season was. I had a few questions about communication, travel, # of games, play and then a few that were open text areas for them to respond. Using that allowed me to email it out to them and any response was confidential as you don't know who filled it out. I got 5 out of 12 responses. All were positive and any open comments were great constructive thoughts that I took into this years season.
