Guys, this is just for giggles so if you are busy, don't waste your time on this thread.
Here I am pitching at 26 years old. Videoed about a month ago. I am just curious what type of expert feedback you guys would have for me. Once again, this is just for fun. This is what I see:
Adduction of glove arm needs to be improved. Needs to pitch more between two walls to keep shoulders in line with target.
Possible posture correction at the beginning of the pitch.
Hop at the end should have been fixed.
Needs noodle arm for more elbow snap action.
It really is sad to think of how I never reached my full potential. I had a good pitching coach but ironically, I was taught HE. As you can see here, I pitch naturally using IR! I used to get in trouble for not "following through" so as you can see, I whip my arm back into place to satisfy HE. I maxed out at 66...in practice of course and not consistently. But who knows where I could have gone if I had known about discussfastpitch.com lol IR truly is the best and most natural way to throw.
