Jugs Junior Friction Pad replacement

Can anyone point me in the right direction of where I can find a friction pad replacement? for my JUgs Junior pitching machine? (I think that is what it is called - the pad above the wheel, which helps the ball shoot out.)

Our melted when left it in my car one day before heading to practice.

I had to buy the whole piece from Jugs. They never sold just the pad piece.

This has been my experience as well. Though I must say when I spoke with them, they were incredibly helpful and when I thought I needed a new wheel they asked me couple of questions and then told me to just get some sandpaper and scuff it up a bit. Not selling me something I didn't actually need was huge points for them.
