Is it an out also?

In the ISF Fast pitch Rule 7 Section 8 - The batter is out
There is no reference to the following scenario. There is also no other reference. Can someone advise and also point to the reference?

A batter swears after the first strike. He gets ejected.
Is it also regarded as an out or can a substitute take his place and assume the count?

To start, couldn't care less about "swearing".

There is no allowance to call an out, so there is no reference. A substitute may enter the game at any time. If for the batter during an "at bat", that substitute inherits the ball-strike count. This is pretty much the standard in all stick & ball games, but not sure if there is a specific "rule" to cite.

The way I understand it an ejected player does not affect a game in anyway.

Batter was addressed but the same would apply to a base runner. If they get ejected for some reason you are allowed to replace them.

Being ejected and being called out are 2 seperate things.
