Hitting with back issues

My daughter is a righthanded hitter...has herniated disk issues...would switching to lefthanded slap hitting be less stressful on her back?

Take her to a doctor to get your best answer.

Fix the disc, or find lower risk activities. Switching to a different style of hitting will not cure the base problem. If she slides and ruptures the disc that's instant surgery right there.

If your dd has herniated disk issues, maybe she should not be playing sports until the disk issues are fixed.
