The caption "LOST IT" means her back leg gave up whatever control it had to the front leg....could she have maintained control in the back leg a frame longer and how would have the swing unfolded from there??
The que "load into your back leg" alway makes sense to me, into not over and past. She should maintain, hold, and increase that pressure in her upper thigh area....I don't know how to explain it better then how it is said to boys "put your junk in your pocket". Look at that area when mts has written the word good, then look at it when the words lost it appear....see the difference.
Not saying she has to do everything like Jen Sailing, but in this clip I think you can really see how she loads and coils into her back leg, she increase that coiling pressure in her upper thigh as she goes forward and her stride is controlled by her back leg.
