DD's played 17 games between two of them both days, double elimination tournament. Both got in losers bracket early Sunday, one played 4 back to back and the other won 6 back to back and pulled off a losers bracket comeback. Just kept pumping the water in them, used some electrolyte tablets in their water too.
I get leg cramps after being in heat all day even though I drink a lot of water. I started using the electrolyte tablets too and it really helped.
