Ken Krause understands me. Although, I do find it odd that an instructor using this method would not defend it.

Why is nobody defending HE in this discussion. There seem to be practitioners among the ranks of pitching instructors, but no defenders?
Because they'd have to admit to either being stupid or ignorant.

Thanks DNeeld. PC says she is short and stocky and so will not have the advantages of a tall girl with a larger arm circle, but said her muscle mass makes up for it. Could you please elaborate on the comment you made about not having full IR motion? I'm just not understanding that principle. Sorry, LoL!Focusing on just the arm motion, and only the arm motion, she has a lot going right. Decent ball orientation around the backside of the circle, good elbow positioning and the beginning of some decent brush interference. If she has been taught HE, she isn't showing it. She doesn'the quite have a full IR motion, it looks like she is muscling too much to have a good whip, but she seems to be on the right path.
