Has anyone heard of any new NCAA New Rules for 2016?

I see bad umpiring with strike zones. Batters box, what's that? I see the zone move based on player set up in or over the box. Watched a batter set up with toe on the edge of the plate and balls being called with them over the plate because they were "inside".
