Happy September 1st to all 2017 grads!

For those that don't know, today is the day incoming juniors (2017s) can be contacted directly by D1 programs! (D2 was June 15)

It was a fun morning for DD. She RECEIVED a text, an email, and a call from her future college coaches. She was terribly excited. The email exhorted her to play like a champion today.

This is a day my DD has been looking forward to. Hopefully the excitement caries over to the game today! She will be at her college this weekend for a visit and camp as soon as she heard from them she texted me happy as a kid at Christmas.

The coaches set up a group text with all of the 2017 commits. DD really enjoyed hearing from them!

DD is not committed and most likely isn't going D1 anyway, but she was thrilled to get some Happy September 1st messages on Tuesday. It was a good day.
