We were at the end of a two hour workout. She wanted to hit one more good one before we finished. This was the 3rd hit.

In sales (or GMing in Moneyball movie), when you get the answer you want hang up the phone.

In hitting....

Not here.
Hands down to the ball along with bat/barrel path. Barrel path doesn't go up until after contact. Barrel path (not hands down) should be down to and up through the ball.

pitch was low and slow with quite a bit of arc. Q you need to get closer or throw harder IMHO. Athletes can hit for power even when it is not their best pass at the ball or perfect pitch. I see the power K position.

Looks like she’s getting down behind and up through to me (I wish there was a frame in between).

I agree that she could probably use tilt a little better.

For a hitter who has been too steeply up through for a while, I like this more moderate upward path. I think this is where a lot of her improved power is coming from.

You dont need a frame. Q said it went 250 feet. Enough said! LOL

Consistency is usually the last thing to come, and should be the most sought after. I think your just seeing that happening, consistency.

here's a couple pitches a little straighter after RH comments I looked and sure enough my ball was dying right in front of the plate. Gravity is killing me in more ways than I can count.
