I have lurked for several years but it's finally time to contribute to the discussion. Former travel player 12u-18u, turned mom and coach. Coached my oldest for 2 years of house and 2 years of travel. Finally passing the torch because she's a tweenager who thrives with someone other than mom coaching her. Focusing my efforts on my youngest as my oldest thrives with coaches who aren't related to her.
