Pretty sure it's a link to a Japanese pitching video. ソフトボ ルピッチャ translates to softball pitcher. Possibly the same guy folks here have compared to BoardMember. I'll hold off on clicking the link until confirmed good....

Any chance you could do a voice over of all the great Japanese instructional videos?!?! I have friends who speak some, but none would likely understand ソフトボ lingo...

This is an example of excellent IR and brush interference as Doug noted. However, why is she not using the glove side? Where is the back hip? While this clip is great in demonstrating the ball side its still very incomplete.
I always refer back to the slow mo clips of Sara Pauley and Amanda Scarborough when giving the girls a female perspective.
