So, DD is tall, growing like a weed, and a bit awkward. Swim team workouts daily so general conditioning is not an issue.
She keeps the ball in front of her very well, but struggles to dig out the ones that get by.

I would like some more general agility drills to get low and move laterally. I thought of shuttle run, but any other ideas would be welcome.
