At DD's lesson this week, her D1 hitting coach asked her to demo the Marucci Pure bat. D1 coach's team loves Xenos (like my DD does - she swings a 2015 34/26) and coach said that her team wouldn't give her an unbiased opinion and she wanted one from a power hitter.
So here is DD's opinion of the Marucci Pure 34/24:
1. She said that is seemed really light - a lot more than 2 ounces lighter than her Xeno
2. She said that it didn't seem to have the pop that her Xeno did.
3. She didn't like the feel at contact. Said that while it didn't have the vibration that the DeMarini's do, she didn't like the way that it felt at the grip at contact
