Finally got her swinging but now she isn't keeping her eye on the ball

Got the not swinging problem fixed with my 8 year old but now she's just swinging and not keeping her eye on the ball. How can I help her fix this problem??

We do a simple tracking drill hitting off the tee with looking at the make believe pitcher in the distance, track with your eyes like a pitch is coming in and hit the ball off the tee.
Sometimes we glue a white rag inside the tee and you keep your eyes looking at the white rag after the ball is gone until the force of the swing pulls the eyes and head out on the finish.

Get a Sharpie and write a number on the ball. Ask her to yell out the number when she swings.

Once she understands that she needs to keep her eyes on the ball introduce another concept to her. It's easier to see the ball if her head isn't moving around (she'll also be able to generate more power). Pretend that there's a stake going from the top of her head through her body to her front foot. As she swings she rotates around the stake. Her chin will go from front shoulder to back shoulder.
