Equipment Q for the Front Toss Guru's

I front toss at about 25', no way I'm doing it without something! Getting older or the girls are hitting harder. Pretty sure it's the girls. I flench on some even with the net

DD hits everything up the middle(like 90%),and hard during front toss. I throw from the side of the net at about 20-25 feet, and pray my hand isn't exposed after each pitch.
