Elbow snap

It is hard to get a young lady to understand snap when they have been taught the locked elbow windmill movement for a couple of years. But the dish towel is an interesting idea.
I have had several 'aha' moments lately from pitchers by having them focus on a smaller ball circle, this requires them to keep the elbow bent, they come down the backside in a good IR position.

Yes, some Tincher instructors are starting to teach coming back ("backswing", "pre", whatever you choose to call it) with a bent arm to facilitate keeping a bend in the elbow all the way to 6 o'clock.
